Lockdown Learning

I've never been one to rest on my laurels and lockdown has been no different. Not only have I spent this year collaborating with Ruth Hollis to establish Lotus Learn Yoga but I have also been doing a lot of studying and practice to build on my yoga expertise.

Yoga Shred - this combination of HIIT and yoga helps to tighten and tone your body while still protecting and strengthening your joints through mindful impact. There are workouts for lower body strength, upper body strength, core strength and whole body transformation. If you are a yogi needing to up your cardio or just looking for something a bit different then this is for you.


Yin Yoga - moving with mindful presence is the perfect solution for anyone looking for balance in their life. This slower and deeper form of yoga links beautifully with my seasonal training and balances the more active (yang) practices of cardio exercise or even more energetic styles of yoga. Yin Yoga uses props like cushions or blocks to support postures and is literally for ANYONE & EVERYONE. It can help improve flexibility, deepen your connection to your self and give you an amazing night's sleep.
